Someone else said it dont work for them in ios 9.3.3 So I will probably lock it if many people say it doesn't work.

Just fresh installed the game and then the hack, it worked fine for me on ipad mini 4, ios 9. So I am not sure why it won't work for you

Yeah it does, I don't think the game has 32-bit version either so I only hacked 64-bit

Does it work without the hack? I used the hack with the tutorial ongoing and it worked fine
