I've no idea what is the issue honestly. If every tweak installs without any errors, but nothing except cydia works. I have no expertise in this field unfortunately

After further checking, the latest photoshop uses subscription method instead of upfront payment. So, I am guessing you won't get the full version unless someone hacks it and I think it is server-sided so no one has hacked it
