I deleted the files yet when I open for it still says I’m banned, do I need to delete the app and redownload it? Thanks

Installed fine, there was nothing to toggle in the iOS settings, in game settings work well however no spread and premium features were unable to update ? Unlimited ammo and energy works well however that’s where it ends, the unlimited currency option works for around a minute before the game regains connection, unfortunately then you get reset, I lost 7000 gems to this any help? iPhone 7 - iOS 12.1 - latest sniper 3D
