This has been an issue for me too. Paid for vip pro on the 22nd, and I am able to download vip games but after login there’s a pop up that says I need to purchase vip and app will shutdown. for free games vip options tell me the same thing… I have bought vip pro and app+ access for my iPad and so switching to cellular is not an option for me to try, although I’ve tried using my phone’s hotspot, and that didn’t work either. this is very frustrating as I’ve found out while looking for help on this matter through the forum that they have stopped giving the option to switch udid’s. I wish I have bought vip pro and app+ for my iPhone instead and then maybe the cellular work around might work for me? Idk

Can anyone help me with an issue I’m having? I can’t level up with Otis from the family… the yellow progress bar is full but it hasn’t given me the awards for the last 2 tiers. So I’m unable progress to the girl family member. I’m stuck here. Anyone know if there is a fix?… I gave him a bunch of those light bulb things for xp… I may have over done it.. but I did uninstall and redownload and it’s still stuck like that.
