How? I can't seem to find any way to edit SQL's

I'm pretty sure you can't enter an online game if the servers are shutdown since every thing that loads are server-sided.

I'm trying to change some values in SWLite files in Filza but it seems like there's no 'edit' anywhere and nothing happens when I click on the values. I know SQLite pro works on pc but is it possible to change the values using filza? Thanks
