cydia impactor no longer work.. has replaced with cyda extander which is only for developer. if you have dev account then you good to go but there is other method to use cydia extander if you dont have dev acc, go check at reddit

download the latest version of cydia impactor.

dude only dfu mode work for your problem....... make your iphone to dfu mode then connect to pc, select restore iphone. the click update and restore second you need to update the latest version bcs other version already stop signed by apple, if got error maaybe you use ipsw that under version 10.2.1 . only Ipsw version 10.2.1 work !!!!!
