You are correct, it is a tweak. But usually tweaks that customize your iDevices; like Themes, moving Objects, Custom locks screens, Icon/App movers etc. Also, looking at the Device, it is probably a customizing theme that is consuming large chunks on process which your device can't handle. Or it could also be heaps & heaps of tweaks installed together on your iDevice. Is this a long time problem or did it started crashing just recently?
