Is the app server sided Currrency is usually stored on the server. So if so this will be an extremely difficult if not impossible hack.

Looks like a decent app and is on a low version. Though if it's server sided it might be hard to hack. All in all it looks like a good game to have hacked.

I agree with @Dida try safe mode. That should work.

When this happened to my iPhone 5 iOS 8.3. I sent myself effective power. Its the only way that I could get it into Safety Mode. If this doesn't work it's an error in cydia. I would report it to Saurik.
