Do you have a save before the crash that you can possible use? Does the game let you associate an account to save the progress to?

If the app isn’t on the AppStore there isn’t much I can do about it

I’ve been seeing comments about this only working sometimes, I’ve reached the conclusion that maybe the game has bots and only works against them. I can’t be certain of this since it worked for every match I tested after the tutorial, if someone with more game experience can tell that would be great.
