my apple logo is stuck but i cant enter safe mode

guys im on ios 9.0.2 ipad air 2 jailbroken,i installed bad tweak and my apple logo is stuck.i tried http://iosgods.com/topic/19344-how-to-fix-a-boot-loop/?hl=%2Bapple+%2Bloop#entry642721this to enter safe mode but didnt work,do you know any other way to enter safe mode or restore without updating ?
