on PC? you didn't update iTunes by any chance? i had a similar thing happen to me. One of the drivers is damaged or corrupt there is a download on here that i used that fixed the issue for me.

its not an issue for a jailbroken device but it must be an issue for when you side load it with cydia impactor. When you first set up clutch it asks you about that file. It would be a size thing the smaller the quicker to compress
