Watchpoint don't work on ios 11.3.1 there is no fix, so MY solution is to use ios 11.2.1 which watchpoints work on

Hector has just tried this on iOS 11.3.1 breakpoints work for him but watchpoints don’t I will try later on lucky I have a device on iOS 11.2.6 .

Unless the hacks are for your 32bit device they are not going to work so crashing could be the reason

You can’t 64bit are for 64bit only. Looks like you mighty be asking Santa for a new iOS device
