I click download but it won't take me to the download page. Wait, now it took me to the open in ifile page. I think it was something with the VPN, it might have been disconnecting.

If you don't want to lose your progress, get apps manager from cydia is on the bigboss repo. You can backup and restore your progress with it.

It might be that localiapstore doesn't work on iOS 10.2 the one that you have. To me it says, purchase not allowed but it still connects. I have iOS 9.0.2 cause I still have an iPhone 5. Try localiapstore on non-servers apps to see if it works.

I forgot to add that You might need to hit connect a few times and sometimes you might need to make the app crash. Like hit connect, hit country, hit map, etc. It will eventually crash and it will connect. I know that is a lot but after it will always connect.
