Thin Binary Patch: Most of the binaries, nowadays, have two portions (armv7 and arm64) . Arm64 can only be run by 64-bit iDevices, while armv7 can only be run by 32-bit. The Patch is only needed if the cheat only works for one portion. To perform a binary patch, you need to, first, thin the binary and then, replace the old binary with that thinned binary.

Reinstall the game. There is no estimation to when the author will be able to update the cheat.
