keep the Energy level at 25 (thus, events will be available) - but keep the instant travel (by walk)

I installed the app from App Store, currently using the hack from the jailbroken devices

I don't remember exactly how it happen. this does related to "Instant Travel Time" cheat option. when this enabled, and you choose to "Run" (using energy), then your energy level will messed up. 2million+ it does come down, but you know how long does it takes to finish 2million+ Energies. I tried using GameGem, no avail. it seems like the energy value is different from World Map View and during Loading Screen (entering any Area)

I don’t know what happen to “High Level/Unlock Blueprints” option. when I enable it, whatever I do (even killing zombies), I’ll only get 22EXP. does anyone has the same experience as me?

the game asks to update the game, eventhough I just downloaded the game from AppStore (latest version 1.8.7). could you please reupload the lastest savefile (from game version 1.8.7)

I used the tweak from http://iosgods.com/topic/7893-simcity-buildit-cheats-v155-3/ I used it once - once all values are maxed, I uninstall the tweak. the problem is, whenever I create a new sale at Trade Depot (without advertising it), my friends can't see it, only "Nothing for sale right now." however, when one of my friend (whose also used the same tweak) can see it. why this happen? does EA actually punishes people using tweaks?
