Hey there! Back when I had an iPhone 5s I messed up the LCD and went to go get it fixed. When I got it back I had the same problem as you. My rear camera and flashlight stopped working. I never took it back to get it fixed, now to answer your question idk why that happens but looks like you need to go get it fixed
