watchpoint or breakpoint, but at one point it turns the offset from gamegem to a offset useable for ida. So I'm trying to get the offset and also set up breakpoints

So I got a ammo offset from gamegem: 0x0C995310 and when I put it in gdb and try to debug etc.. So I can get the IDA offset, it says, "cannot access memory adress 0xC995310, but wait wtf I wrote 0x0C995310 not 0xC995310, I'm confused? Now that I think of it, I think GAMEGEM, GAMEPLAYER AND IGG give different offsets.... I'll try gameplayer, but prob not, any ideas guys?
