    When I say restore I mean completely from new, not iTunes restore my backup.

    Yep pretty much, mail was on that list too. Solution, complete restore. Installed jaibreak and then everything from scratch. Major bitch. Weird thing was, I used the same Chinese jailbreak and everything has been sweet since.

    You probably have an incompatible cydia app installed? My iPad doesn't/didn't like a number of previous apps I had since updating to 9.3.3. No bootloop issues but loads of safe mode starts
