Something is wrong with electra jailbreak i guess, it’s not loading tweaks

It’s not working on my iPads, electra jailbreak, can’t seem to log in to hack interface, tried icleaner but still no luck.

I tried everything, i don’t know why, ifilza isn’t installing it or it’s not showing, ifilza is purchased, it’s not a hacked version, hopefully they update it

Added tweak injector, substitute, substrate compatibility layer, it install itself after installing filza from cydia dominqtions won’t load, tried non jailbroken version, it loads but constantly stuck at loading screen with music on...
