It does but it's tough not to get caught. I barely used any at all, just a few free speed ups from the forge, and still got caught. Pocket Gems is strict.

Now I know this JB has to be activated every time you reboot. If I boot up and don't activate the JB will I still need to download the JB patcher for Pokemon Go to make it work? Will the game detect the inactive JB?
