I booted into safe mode and it still wont open

Hi guys im currently on ios 9.3.3 with an iphone 6 jailbroken after a fresh restore just a half hour ago. Since i just restored, the only tweaks i have are volume amplifier and bytafont3 and when i downloaded snapchat after installing these packages, i logged in and tried to check my friends stories. After checking one story my phone crashes and goes into a bootloop and the only way to fix tbis is by holding the power and home key. When i try to open snapchat again, the app just straight up crashes. I uninstalled both of my tweaks and i still cant get snapchat to open. Before i restored, i was on ios 8.4 jailbroken iphone 6 with a bunch of tweaks and snapchat randomly started doing this and causing my phone to bootloop. I also have other idevices ( an ipad air 2 ) with volume amplifier and snapchat and it works perfectly fine. This ipad is also on ios 9.3.3 jailbroken
