trying the first one... not having windows now

is there any tweak that makes it easier to make preferences on my ipad not on windows because everytime i think i have created a preference it dont work, like a automatic generator to make the file

im not really a fan of activator as it disables the mute option when i hold my volume down button, if it can with activator i do that but so far i didnt found a option for the keyboard

is there any tweak or app that allows us to use a keyboard in a game, without a box to type in so just to pop up a keyboard (no art i need to type cheats for gta)and not needing any other systems ONLY your iphone/ipad, if it isnt there of simply cant please tell it so i finally know if it is or isnt there
