My english sucks thats why I dont get the extract part. I dont understand if I have to extract any file from the main file " NBGI0199 " if so how ?

I downloaded the file and placed it on the game folder thats all I had to do ? I have the correct version Im asking that because in the post says something about extracting the file but I cant extract anything from it.

How do I install this ? I copy the downloaded file to the app folder deleting the previous one ? thats all ?
