Well, the solution to boot loop, without restoring, is holding the Volume UP button when it is booting up. You, maybe, are not doing it correctly. Watch a video? Top of all, do it patiently.

Yes I did both, still doesn't work. Yeah! Same issue! Which means that I've to semi-restore it. But, wait! Is there a semi-restore available for iOS 9?

Hi When I logged in for the first time in AppStore(and had the Jailbreak and some tweaks), I was logged into it. But then I tried to download apps(even the free ones) and AppStore replies "Purchase Failed". So I logged out of AppStore to re-login. When I tapped on Sign-in option, it shows the usual options like "Existing Id", etc; but it just appears for a few seconds then it vanishes before I log in. So I tried to log in via settings. I have entered my password more that a hundred times, but still it says "Sign In". I tried rebooting the device, resetting the device settings, removed PasswordPilot and other tweaks linked to it. Device- iPad 4th Gen. Wifi+Cellular(128GB) iOS Version- 9.0.2 (Jailbroken) Thanks
