Help/Support NEED HELP Boot loop

So i interrupted a package update for cydia and know my ipad is in a boot loop

i tried to reinstall cydia substrate/installer does not work

crash reporter does not give an error 

My ios device:

- Ipad 3

- IOS 8,1,3

- TAIG Jailbreak

 

BTW i can boot in safe mode

Try removing Cydia Substrate while in Safe Mode?

That will remove all tweaks which require CS. Not sure if it would be of any help..

@DiDA perl and some other i belive but if i remove cydia wil i remove jailbreak

One does not simply remove Cydia
