What does the Anti-Ban toggle switch do, and should I use it all the time or ??

Installed DEB,. doesn't work (cooldown is still there, and 1 hit doesn't work either). All Settings toggles are "on". When I launch CYDIA, it warns me that the scripts did not install properly. I have removed this mod until the installation process gets fixed or until someone posts exact foolproof install directions.
