when i open cydia i get error code

Hey all, I jailbroke my IDevice last time, but my cydia is empty, no admin files nothing, i reset my phone and Cydia is still on my phone, doen anyone have an answer on this? Thankyou for giving this post attention! Greetz, Hani

Hello everyone is reading this topic. my iDevice is ios 9.0.2 now and i was jabreaking my phone, when it was done jailbreaking i opened cydia and everytime i open cydia i am getting this error ''Could not open file /var/lib/dpkg/status - open (2: no such file in directory)'' ''Could not open file /var/lib/dpkg/status - open (2: no such file in directory)'' '''the package lists or status file could not be parsed or openend.''
