get ipainstallerconsole from Cydia and use it force install option

idk. didnt test this on 64bit but it should work on both arch

so you download and install it with iFIle right? Im sure it showed up in Cydia. this thing happen all the time. just create directory /var/root/Media/Cydia/AutoInstall and reboot and put the deb in the directory and respring
