Try using a different USB cable and restore in DFU mode. Also, your hosts file may be corrupted. Try this Fix it link. It'll download an .msi which can repair your hosts file. If that doesn't work, try doing this: Click Start menu on desktop Go to Control Panel Go to Programs Go to Programs and Features Select Apple Mobile Device Support and click repair Connect iPhone to computer USB (device should install automatically) Open iTunes When prompted, click restore iPhone If it's still not working, let us know

Hrmm... did you install the latest version of iTunes on your computer? Maybe try to find a different USB cable and restore in DFU mode.

I've had this problem before with @@Chrizk0's Bloons TD 5 cheat. The only way I could fix it was restoring my device. EDIT: You can't just delete the .deb file to uninstall a cheat. Go to Cydia > Installed and uninstall the cheat from there.

Download this on your computer. Then on the target iDevice, swipe up to open the Control Panel. Then connect to your PC via AirPlay. Now everything on the target device will be displayed onto your computer remotely! Note: Must be on the same WiFi

It's what happens when the file on Cydia isn't the same size as it's listed as, or something like that. You are no cause to the problem, nor can you fix it. The developer of the hack needs to update it on the repo.
