so i'm trying to create a .Deb file and when i go into terminal and try to cd the file that is in /var/mobile/the file name it doesn't work it tells me "No such file or directory Help Please!

Please help! i'm am on ios 8.4 jailbroken, i installed clutch then i tried it as Clutch in mobile terminal then i got an error that says ""command not found" then i tried installing "Clutch" 2 then i got an error that says "permission denied". please help i don't know what to do.
