How did they contact or inform you? I contacted customer support when my legit crowns where taken away. That's when they told me that my account locked suspicious and that I had used something that made the crowns remain stagnant.

Fyi they detected the crown freeze on my account. They claimed I only used 10k of crowns whilst using the freeze. However I used much more then that. Not banned
