did you do all these things? 1. from the setting app enter the ID 2. launch BF, once in-game bring up the menu window 3. tricked debug menu 4. click around where lvl/exp/energy to enter

in order for that come up you need type in a dungeon id number in the toggle after that you click at bottom of the left hand side and it should pop up but make sure reload the game first
