You'll have to wait for an iOS 9.1 Jailbreak, Apple stopped singing iOS 9.0.2 which means you can't anymore downgrade, it's the only way to restore your iPod, there has been news that iOS 9.1-9.2 Jailbreak will comeout before 2016.

Sadly Yes, but if I'm not mistaken, you can recover your apps using iCloud,If you made a Backup on iCloud on your computer, i think you will click Restore Backup or something like taht.

Connect your iDevice on your computer and run the latest version of iTunes, iTunes will detect that your iDevice is on Recovery Mode, click the "restore device" button and it will download the latest version of iOS which is 9.1. Wait for the download to finish and click the Restore Device again and it will install 9.1 on your device.It will make it a new iDevice. This also Happened To Me, and i just did the same steps as I've written above, and i got my ipad fully working.

Umm, is there no way to remove iOS 9.1 beta because when i click restore iPhone it gives an error. I even turned off Find my iphone, i backed up, i turned off touch id and passcode. Well i have a iOS 9.0.2 Downgrade download, i'd just use that.
