Unable to press "Start" I got an iOS 9.0.2 6S+ I downloaded Pangu9_v1.2.0.exe from the official site, ~Turned Passcode Off ~Turned Airplane Mode On ~Turned Find My iPhone Off ~Runned Program As Administrator and I still can't press START

I get "Download Upgrades" when I download it from en. site and it says Pangu 1.0.0 not 1.2.0??? HELP
