got license popup gone but now get popup to update game and if I remove license file game will load but get license popup again I'm on ios 9.0.2 please help

did not work with file you sent and lost a lot of crowns

I messed something up big time not sure if it was this or fixing the iosgods website from being blocked but now my wifi switch will not turn and cydia and ifile crash as soon as I try to open it
