I can't seem to download the ipa file anymore. Does it still work?

none besides the one I was trying to install. I only tried to sideload another app to see if it was something with my device but it sideloaded properly so I deleted it.

Hey guys, I'm on an iPhone 7 on iOS 12.1 not jailbroken trying to install this app. using Cydia Impactor 0.9.51. It gets stuck on the file "tr.lproj/InfoPlist.strings" and doesn't install. I have tried to install other ipa files and they work just fine. After failing to install the app, I tried to close and reopen cydia impactor and tried to reinstall again but impactor crashes.
