I Re-installed the game, but the function still doesn't work. I want my gold and food subtract when I use them, not frozen. Is it just me? Is there anybody have the same problem?

Hi, I think the cheats is amazing, but the Freeze Food, Gold, Oil is not working. I don't want my food, gold or oil not subtract, but even I turned it off, they still didn't subtract. Can you please check. Thank you so much!!
