I think unlimited gems are better than always perfect+/autoplay/slowdown, since you can buy new songs with gems and play them instead. Also, any updates on this? I would love to see a hack for this game, any hack.

It kinda works but it is not worth it. If you do that it will work for a few hours or for a limited number of app. After that it will crash again and you have to do it all over again. I tried many times and I had to do it all over again every single time.
