Did you overlapped uncover over Electra code? That happen to me before. Your best bet is to install iOS 12.1.1 b3 while it is still signing. Applying rollectra May or may not fix your current problem. But do try safe mode , uninstall one by one

Out of luck, it is a tweak not an app. Likely will never show up on an nonJB App Store currently I’m JB on 12.1.1 b3 on my iPad Pro, well worth it. Don’t recommend on a daily driver iPhone, finds 12.1.1 b3 been buggy vs 12.1.2 solved the bugs, but no longer signed.

Did you recently downgrade to iOS 12.1.1 b3? Now annoyed by pop up! Head on over to Cydia and search for byebetalert install & respring. All there is to do! Tada it is now goner!!!

I remember when I had a JB iPhone, via Cydia > Flex app. there are Tumblr tweaks for all stuff you requested. but that was on iOS 10. ++ apps are created by a developer UlimApps he is on twitter a lot plus on dark web irc a lot (search it yourself)

Cercube is a Free App. I havn't seen any hacked license cydia app posted, I asked for iTransmission on App Store...never happen. seems to me any paid cydia app will not likely show up on App Store.
