Download localiapstore from this repo- http://system.in-AppStore.com/repo/ After downloading and re springing go to your settings and find LocalIapStore Click on it to configure the settings and enable Enabled and disable Generate custom Reciept Go to MKX and click on something to buy. when you're prompted to continue your purchase, simply cancel. And there you have it.

have her reset the password via email. If she magically forgot her email password too have her call apple and explain. If she is the true owner she can get her account back. Also, why do you need to turn off Find my iPhone so badly?
