When you updated Cydia Substrate, it bugged your JB and made it unstable. If you can find a way to downgrade it, good luck. A lot of users have lost their JB due to those updates. If you can't get it working, use this as the only way out, update to ios 9.1 and downgrade to 9.x.x and jailbreak that.

Alright, so I've downloaded Flex 2 from 3 different sources: insanelyi, biteyourapple, and xarold. From there when I try to make a patch for a game, within Flex, when I try to process the libraries, they don't process. I've tried all sorts of apps and none of them process.
