    I'm level 30 and it's still at best 60-40 in favor of bots.

    No. This is just not true. You think you're freezing enemies but that's actually just the bots.

    A softban is when you try to catch a Pokemon the Pokemon escape and flees every time, you can't battle at gyms (when you go to battle it just ends and returns you to Pokemon screen) and you cannot get items from poke stops.
