I found a way..... Go to safe mode by: (safe mode disable all tweaks) 1. Hold your home button and power button until apple logo appeared 2. After apple logo appeared press and hold the volume UP button Now you will be changed to safe mode To uninstall the tweak causing problem do: 1. Go to cydia 2. Go to installed and click on "recent" at the top 3 Uninstall the lastest tweak Hope this helps

There's no way to fix this since you can only use your device without cydia... and you need cydia to uninstall the tweak ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
