I FOUND THE SOLUTION FOR "CYDIA IMPACTOR.EXE HAS STOPPED WORKING" ERROR 1-Go ahead and delete both cydia impactor +Mega file(IPA) 2-Then go to your pc settings/control panel and add a new account (make it admin) 3-Then log off, log back on the new account you made, install cydia and ipa again.. if you get this message of "you already have ios certif installed" then click xcode inside the cydia impactor toolbar, revoke it, and try again! IT WORKED FOR ME FINALLYYYYYYY
