It works, sorta, whenever I try to install something now it's giving me a bunch of overwrite errors

Never mind as I have fixed this by completely wiping my phone with imazing then restoring a backup never mind again it didn't work...

So I tried restoring a backup of my phone because whenever I would re jailbreak with extra recipe and I went to download something Cydia would always say "This item cannot be installed because Cydia could not automatically find or fix the required dependencies used to download this" or something like that, but now whenever I try to update something or download something from Cydia it says DPKG_LOCKED and all I can do is return to Cydia, is there a way to fix this without having to completely restore my phone? Because I'm sure the latest IOS update cannot be jailbroken my phone is an iPhone 5s on iOS 10.1.1

Whenever I try to get a new repo, or cydia refreshes itself, I'm hit with the error in the title, I am having no internet issues, every time I restart I make sure to re-jailbreak, I am on iOS 9.3.3 on iPad Air

Any possible fix or is it something with my jailbreak itself?

If I try another repo for it that isn't 2.1.19 it works, but when I try to install 2.1.19 from HYI it looks like it installed just fine, I restart my springboard, but there is no app or anything in the settings, is something wrong with the 2.1.19 update? Also anything before 2.1.19 give me the update message, and when I hit cancel it crashes

That's what I'm saying, it is updated on the repo, but it won't let me install the updated, and every time I hit cancel when it asks me to update in the app it crashes, and I can't get anything

Also I would like to add I do not use iapcrazy for piracy, I use it to test if something like super Mario run is worth the $10 then I actually go out and buy it

So I had iap crazy 2.1.17, then it asks me to install 2.1.19, I went into Cydia but not even the official iapcrazy repo said it was on 2.1.19, then when I try to update through the app, nothing happens, it stops updating then the app crashes and nothing happens, then the next day I tried it said 2.1.19 in Cydia, I try to install it, it spits back an error at me, I restart springboard, and nothing happens, I am on iPad Air 9.3.3, has iapcrazy become incompatible with 9.3.3 or something?

Is the session if a set of numbers? Because when I try to find session I find nothing that would look like an id
