It is technically not faulty. We cannot really see whether the app is actually downloaded or failed or whatever happened to it. Apple doesn't allow us to do that, especially in our kind of app.
So we can only see when you click the Install button. Clicking that button initiates the download, which in turn starts using bandwidth.

As stated on the topic, the iOSGods App+ (subscription) is a separate purchase and is considered as a signing service which is tied to the iOSGods Web App.
With $19.99/Year you get access to the iOSGods App+ which gives you Custom App Signing, Custom App Installing, Less Revokes, Native App Experience, File Sharing, Notifications support and more to be added.
The iOSGods App+ is tied to the iOSGods Web App, so it will display all the apps available for you to download. But for ViP apps, you still need a ViP Subscription on iOSGods.
