It still detects the Jailbreak files even if you removed Jailbreak.

iGameGuardian has been updated for iOS 11 if you download it from the official repo. Cracked versions will have issues.

That's correct. You will need to clone theos on your Mac first then rsync it to your iDevice as there's no way to clone it straight to your iDevice unless the issue is fixed.
I had the same error as you, search that and you will find the solution and the rsync command.

apt-get install org.coolstar.cctools com.ericasadun.utilities zip gawk adv-cmds bigbosshackertools Or search them on Cydia.

Was able to fix my theos by first cloning the GitHub repository to my Mac, then using rsync to copy over it to my iDevice.
Thanks to kirb for pointing out rsync!
