Live Offset Patcher is now a part of iGameGod. So you need to uninstall the old .deb you have installed from Cydia so that the iGameGod version can work.

Make sure you are using latest .deb and wait for the auto updater to do it's work. Launch iGMenu in Safe Mode too.
