Hey! As Laxus said, it's a limitation with free Apple IDs. You need to sideload every 7 days to continue using the app. Use the same Apple ID and overwrite your installed app. Sideloadly will be updated to automate this process, but for now, you can use iOSGods App+ which can last up to 1 year.

Hey! Possibly due to the game having protection against that. You can try hacking them indirectly otherwise look for other features you can hack.

This hack is using the new iOSGods Auto Updater. The cheat will automatically update itself to the current app version you have installed on your iDevice.
