From what I've seen, Adblockers are mostly causing issues on iOS. But you can make a new support topic if you want suggestions from other members here.

Adblocker could be causing it.. If not, you will have to uninstall and reinstall each until you find what's causing it.

Instead of installing & reinstalling tweaks one by one, just uninstall and reinstall Cydia Substrate to remove most of them and install them back one by one to see what's causing the issue.
